In my opinion...no. It looks funny, I'm sorry, but even the hair model couldn't pull it off. I suggest something a bit more simplistic.

Sorry hun but i don't like it,your friends might like it ask them its not us deciding for you too many curls. and swerves.try ringlets pineed up in to a bun with strands of hair down by your eyes or face.

I would say if you have a strapless dress then yes that would be very pretty. If your dress has straps then I would go for something pulled up to show off all of the dress. If your dress is a solid color, then having it down will be pretty and flow naturally. If your dress has a vivid pattern or several colors, i would go with an up-do so that its all not too "busy." have fun!!

It sort of looks like she has cinnamon buns on top of her head, however with your black hair it might look a lot prettier. I would be concerned how it would hold up to dancing.

I don't want to say 'no' without giving you my full analysis.

In my opinion, that hairstyle woudl overwhelm your face and maybe even your dress, since it's so drastic. Not to say that it isn't nice, but I think you want the main focus to be your face and dress. Try going with a more simple hair style. Less is more. Good Luck
