Get plenty of sleep the night before, possibly go with no make-up the day before so your face is fresh looking and clean when you go to apply new make-up.
Depending on your hair and the weather this is what you want to base your hairstyle on. Don't do anything over the top, just keep it simple.

If it's an outdoors wedding I would suggest getting an updo, or a half updo. Whatever hairstyle you plan to get it should really be played down as you do not want to give the Bride a run for her money. Bridemaids deserve to look beautiful, yes, but you don't want to outshine the Bride.

if its a tube top dress then you should wear your hair down in like spiral curls or something like that but if its a halter top dress then you should wear an up-do and foundation,eye shadow, lip gloss or lip stick is always good but remamber its not your weddin do don't over do it because you dont want to look better than the bride

If you have a short neck, wear your hair either in an updo (all up) or half up look. If you have a long neck, wear it down. Look at websites for wedding hairstyles to get some ideas. Ask the bride for some suggestions. She might want you to wear it a specific way! Be sure you DO NOT have tan lines- they are sooooo redneck in wedding pictures. If you do, go to a tanning bed asap and get rid of them....but be sure not to tan for too long. No one wants the overly tan girl in their wedding. Shave your legs! :)

A facial will make your face look crappy for a few days, but then will result in glowing skin after it calms down. Some people can get a facial today and their skin will be fine by Thursday. Some people need a whole week to recover from a facial. It depends on your skin.
The most important thing you can do it take care of your skin, so it looks good in pictures.
Also, watch what you eat this week. Certain foods can cause you to become bloated. You don't' want to look bloated in your dress. Drink lots of water and eat light proteins (like chicken) and veggies/fruit. Stay away from salty foods

for at home care.. do a facial earlier this week.. also pumice your feet for a soft night.. on your hands and feet lotion them up good before bed and wear socks and some gloves to bed a couple of nights... keep you skin lotioned up for a good glow.. and for a whiter smile.. brush your teeth with peroxide everyday this week..

Well I'm sure you already have the dress and shoes, and where you bought it should be having it pressed for you (after the final alterations are made). Why not just have an upsweep with some kind of curls?

Ok...first off to look your best get as much rest as possible %26amp; drink lots of water. Make sure to eat something the morning of the wedding! Additionally, if you do not know how you will want to wear your hair maybe you should consult a stylst and quick. Take a look online (brides.com, knot.com, etc). First figure out if your hair should be up or down. Consult with the other maids. Then have your stylst go from there.
Next DO NOT over do makeup. Less is more. Try more of a powdery finished look so that you arent a ball of shine in the pictures. you dont have to look the same as all the other maids but all of your make up should compliment each others.
Lastly, have fun! Nothing looks better on a person than the signs of them having a good time.
